We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Teen Childcare Provider for a New Berlin teenage girl with special needs. Pay: $20.28 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 to 15 hours per week (3 hours minimum per shift) Monday -Friday
- Afterschool-early evenings (approximate start time 2:45 pm)
Tasks:
- Provide companionship and supervision.
- Assist with ambulation, meal prep, toileting, and transfers as needed.
- Engage in meaningful activities with the client's interests in mind.
Clients Interests: This teen's interests include pop music, crafts, animals, shopping, and being outdoors.
Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be age 18 or older at start of employment.
- Must have a valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Must have experience with special needs/developmental disabilities
- Must pass a caregiver background check prior to hiring
- Experience with non-verbal teens
- Must be ok with client's service dog

*I do not work on a commission, and pay is processed by CLTS and Consumer Direct - I respond to calls and emails during traditional business hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
