Schedule Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System, becoming Emplify Health, is looking for a dedicated full-time staff pharmacist to join our retail pharmacies in the La Crosse Clinic Pharmacy.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver LOVE MEDICINE pharmaceutical care, working 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) primarily at our La Crosse locations with occasional shifts in Tomah and Prairie du Chien

• Enjoy flexible scheduling options for day and evening shifts with rotating weekends & holidays

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide appropriate counseling to patients

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, patient wellness and disease prevention

• Review and interpret prescription orders to verify accuracy and appropriateness

• Maintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactions

• Provide information and guidance to customers regarding over-the-counter medications and health-related products

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of pharmacy

• Immunization certification (ex. APhA, PSW)

• Pharmacist license to practice in the state of Wisconsin

• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
