Job Summary This job will perform program implementation and coordination duties related to the Healthy People Healthy Carolinas (HPHC) grant. This position facilitates communication with the Wholespire Richland coalition and team members, related to strategies to improve the health of Richland County communities. Accountabilities Works closely with Community Health Manager and the Wholespire Richland coalition leadership to implement the HPHC grant objectives and goals Develop systems to share organizational decisions with the Wholespire Richland coalition Identify capacity gaps and create plans that acknowledge and plan for growth Maintain understanding of implementation challenges and collaborating with technical assistance teams develop comprehensive solutions to address them Provide support to Wholespire Richland and work group chairs to facilitate meetings and presentations Provide regular reports and data metrics for grant goals and indicators, including annual summaries and agenda reviews Build and maintain relationships with coalition and community members Managing daily operations and establishing/maintaining appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management Identifying improvements in use of data-driven decision-making and ensuring that data is collected, integrated and communicated effectively across the organization Integrating results-based accountability (RBA) in coalition operations and strategy Supervisory/Management Experience This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree is public health, social work, communications or health-related focus. Masters degree in health or communications preferred. 2-4 years of community or public health or communications/marketing experience. 4 -5 years of community health strategy planning and experience preferred.
