We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Control Specialist. When you join our team, you will be responsible for document management and organization and supporting our Fabrication Shop leaders in day-to-day office needs.
Requirements:- Maintain organized and current documents
- Data and time entry
- Daily revenue tracking
- Job ticketing
- Assist with operational reports
- Assist with invoicing
- Job cost tracking
- Job book control
- Uploading and scanning paperwork into document management software
- Review and modify any paperwork as needed
- Issue and distribute accessibility of document to the proper personnel on an as needed basis
- Supporting the Fabrication Shop leaders in day-to-day office needs
- Maintain a clean and clutter free work area
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have strong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Basic use of programs such as Blue Beam and/or Adobe
- Basic knowledge of welding vocabulary
- Computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Coachable and able to follow precise directions
- 2-year experience in document control (preferred)
Company Requirements
- Must be Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to commute to Ault, CO daily
Physical Requirements:
- Less than 50% of the time will be spent occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs., walking, standing kneeling, and bending.
- More than 50% of the time will be spent in an office sitting, standing, typing, and doing computer work
Type of position: Full-Time
Schedule: 7:00AM-5:00PM
Wage: $22-$26 per hour
Location: On site (remote work is not available)
