Job Title: Account Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior producers to support client acquisition efforts and manage client renewals. As the key intermediary between the sales and service departments, you will ensure a seamless client experience, from onboarding through policy renewal. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships, maintaining attention to detail, and driving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition Support:
- Partner with senior producers to assist in prospecting, proposal preparation, and presentations for potential clients.
- Gather and analyze data to prepare insurance quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage follow-ups and communications to support new business opportunities.
Client Renewals:
- Coordinate the client renewal process by preparing renewal proposals, reviewing current policies, and identifying areas for improvement or additional coverage.
- Work closely with senior producers to ensure timely and successful renewals that meet client expectations.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Act as the primary link between the sales and service teams to facilitate smooth transitions from new business acquisition to ongoing account servicing.
- Communicate client needs, timelines, and expectations to the service team to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing questions or concerns related to policies, renewals, or coverage changes.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to senior producers regarding client accounts and activities.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and renewals in the CRM system.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all deliverables are completed in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance, account management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and processes, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
