As a Legal Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our law firm's success. We require an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the legal field.

Duties:

  • Provide administrative assistance to attorneys and legal staff.
  • Effective management of phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates.
  • Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, client records, and confidential documents.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and payment tracking processes.
  • Perform data entry and maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Ensure a positive client experience through professional greetings and assistance.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory to maintain a productive work environment.
