Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Utilize Go Tab system for order processing
- Adhere to Food and alcohol safety regulations and guidelines
- Provide exceptional service
- Utilize retail math skills for inventory management
- Apply basic math skills for accurate billing and providing change
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bartending or related roles
- Familiarity with Bartending techniques and best practices
- Knowledge of bartending etiquette and service standards
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Maintain and keep up to date BASSET certification
- Certification in Food safety is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales principles
