What You’ll Be Doing:

• Connect with customers face-to-face and deliver a top-notch experience
• Drive sales by recommending solutions and helping customers make confident decisions
• Build relationships that create loyalty and drive repeat business
• Learn and grow with hands-on coaching, mentorship, and real sales training
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fun, high-energy environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, confident, and great with people
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Competitive, motivated, and coachable
• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
• Must be local to Irving, TX, and available to work on-site

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
