We are seeking an experienced Technology Leader to spearhead a high-impact transformation program aimed at modernizing our legacy platform—a backbone of operations for decades. In this high-visibility role, you will drive the evolution of our technology and ensure the successful delivery of a modern, scalable, and agile platform that meets the evolving needs of our regulatory communication business. You will combine deep technical expertise, business acumen, and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude to lead a global, cross-functional team and deliver resilient, automated systems that support our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead a large-scale transformational program to modernize our legacy platform by leveraging cloud technologies, event-driven architecture, and composable systems.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements while ensuring technology solutions drive real business value.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative, scalable engineering solutions.
- Provide executive leadership and effective communication to global teams, ensuring progress, risk mitigation, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Champion best practices in software engineering, automation, and system resilience to build and maintain high-performing, adaptable technology systems.
- Foster a low-ego, hands-on management approach by mentoring teams, encouraging innovation, and promoting continuous improvement across the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and seamless integration across the business.
Minimum Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Heavy exposure to migrating legacy applications onto a new cloud structure; significant familiarity with multi-cloud environment
- Deep expertise in cloud technologies, event-driven architectures, and composable systems.
- Proven technology leadership experience in driving large-scale transformation programs in a global, regulated environment.
- Experience within a programming and application system environment
- Demonstrated background in software development with a strong ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Excellent strategic planning, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Highly effective communicator who can navigate complex challenges and build strong collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
- Self-starter with a growth-focused, proactive approach, comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field required; a Master’s degree or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.
