As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be an individual with a strong understanding of payroll processing, human resources functions, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled at managing confidential information while working effectively within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of payroll practices, labor laws, worker's compensation, government reporting, benefits management, and general human resources processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience and / or training.
- Experience in working in a computer environment utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience utilizing a time and attendance system.
- Customer-Centric : Strong service orientation and hospitality mindset; understands the importance of a positive employee experience.
- Organized : Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem Solver : Resourceful, with a proactive approach to resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Confidentiality : A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
- Team Player : Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist other departments when needed.
Salary : $24 to $28 per hour, depending on level experience.
