Director of Client Services

Our client, a dynamic, tight-knit agency known for its collaborative culture, is looking for a Client Services Director (CSD) to lead their client services team. As a key leadership figure, the CSD will oversee client relationships, foster a client-first approach, and contribute to the agency’s growth and success. Reporting to the Managing Director, the CSD will shape strategic client initiatives while mentoring a team of Client Success Managers and Coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide and develop the client services team, promoting a supportive and high-performing environment.
• Client Relationship Management: Strengthen client partnerships, lead strategic presentations, and identify opportunities for growth and retention.
• Strategic Client Success Initiatives: Define service standards, refine onboarding and project workflows, and continuously enhance client satisfaction.
• Client Satisfaction: Monitor and improve satisfaction through data analysis and proactive resolution of concerns.
• Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services, optimize client retention, and increase profitability. Stay informed on industry trends and engage in networking activities.
• Financial Oversight: Manage client budgets, revenue forecasts, and ensure accuracy in billing and collections.
• Reporting: Regularly present updates to the leadership team on client satisfaction, team performance, and business insights.

Qualifications

• 4 years of client services experience in marketing or advertising, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving business growth.
• Financial proficiency, including budgeting and revenue management.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a talent for team development and collaboration.
• Strong strategic, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
