Our client is a fast growing beauty company looking to add a Director of Growth Marketing to their team!
Responsibilities:
- Own KPIs of acquisition channels.
- Plan & develop comprehensive paid media strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, assess campaign effectiveness and overall business impact.
- Work with Product Development to shape go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for all paid agency partners and manage RFP process if needed for new partners.
- Manage 1 direct report.
Qualifications:
- 7 years experience managing growth marketing campaigns for high growth brands
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
