Our client is looking for an SEM Coordinator to join their team. This will be a 12 month contract and hybrid to Culver City. experienced digital marketing team in Culver City, Los Angeles.
In this role, you will support a team of SEM Specialists by planning, building, and managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns in self-service SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Kenshoo. You will be responsible for ongoing optimization to improve performance efficiency. Your duties will include supporting the daily tasks of SEM Specialists, pulling SEM data from Google Ads/Kenshoo, conducting SQR analysis, optimizing bids, and managing pacing. You will collaborate closely with teams in digital marketing strategy, ad operations, analytics, and measurement to ensure effective execution and performance management of Paid Search campaigns.
Key Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a paid search marketing role, ideally agency-side
- Familiarity with paid search self-service platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SA360, Marin, Microsoft Ad Center)
- Strong understanding of PPC campaign principles and related tasks including budget pacing, reporting, SQR analysis, negative keyword implementation, and bid optimizations
- Data analysis, visualization, and presentation skills are a plus
- A passion and curiosity for digital media
- Excellent social, oral, and written communication skills
- Google Ads Certification is a plus
