Job Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact for major retail partners, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Manage high-value accounts with significant volumes of goods, ensuring seamless communication and timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate with clients to discuss sales strategies, confirm shipments, and identify opportunities for replenishment and restocking.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and make data-driven suggestions for business improvement.
- Schedule and attend seasonal showroom appointments to secure sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of seasonal requirements and merchandise planning to meet customer demands.
- Negotiate vendor support and manage seasonal markdowns to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Contribute to special event coordination, securing gift-with-purchase items and ensuring participating sales floors are stocked.
- May require occasional travel to meet with clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- A results-driven leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in handling multiple high-level accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex sales data.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, AIMS 360, and BlueCherry is a plus.
