We're seeking a Part Time Office Manager/HR Assistant to join our team in downtown Louisville. This 20-hour per week position offers flexible scheduling between 8 AM and 5 PM, allowing you to balance work with other commitments. Our office is conveniently located in the Waterfront Tower adjacent to the Yum Center.

Job Description
- Oversee and support all daily administrative duties in the office to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage office budget.
- Lead the Culture Crew, internal social committee for the Louisville office.
- Manage office supplies inventory. Place orders as necessary, accept deliveries and organize received items in stockroom.
- Perform Receptionist duties to include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, taking messages and forwarding to appropriate personnel. Some tracking of customer inquiries may be required.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries as well as manage outgoing mail and shipments.
- Manage office security functions to include assigning electronic door access and badges, monitoring office security, parking and fitness center passes for on-site office team members.
- Process identity name badges for new hires and duplicates if lost for existing team members. Also assemble and distribute new hire welcome bags.
- Responsible for maintaining complete confidentiality as pertains to dealing with sensitive information for both team members and vendors.
- Develop office policies and procedures and ensure appropriate implementation.
- Assist with office layout planning and office changes to include collaboration with IT infrastructure needs.
- Manage outside contractors and/or vendors completing any necessary assigned work in the office.
- Manage office budget.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements; design and implement new procedures.
- Provide administrative support as necessary to include scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, printing, creating reports and scheduling of conference rooms.
- Manage and facilitate communications for out-of-town visitors or guests. Assist with travel and visit arrangements as needed that may include lodging accommodations and meals.
- Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
- Assist with the improvement of office operations and procedures.
- Provide assistance with travel arrangements and company-wide event planning.
- Required to work Thunder Over Louisville event hosted in the Louisville office for 29SC personnel.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
