Position Summary:
As an Inbound Sales and Customer Support Representative at Golf Stix Value Guide (a division of 2nd Swing), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and chat conversations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in navigating the equipment trade-in process. With your deep understanding of golf equipment and technology, you will help guide customers in submitting their trade-ins and provide accurate and timely quotes.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat conversations to assist customers with the equipment trade-in process.
- Build and maintain rapport with Green Grass, Fitting, Sales Representatives and other partners.
- Utilize your strong knowledge of golf clubs to guide customers in submitting their trade-ins.
- Generate and present accurate and timely quotes to customers.
- Analyze inventory metrics to contribute to informed buying decisions by the merchant team.
- Prepare monthly reports using data generated from NetSuite for internal and customer use.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Expand customer base and enhance client relationships through outbound outreach and trade initiatives for business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a buyer
- Past experience working in the golf industry
Required Qualifications:
- Passion for and experience in the game of golf
- Above-average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
- Minimum of three years of experience in customer service or sales
- Strong math skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer needs
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities
- Ability to work 40-45 hours per week
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
