Job Title: Construction Administrator (Hybrid)
Location: Richmond, VA
Representing an award winning multi-discipline architecture firm with multiple offices throughout Virgina, D.C., and Maryland. We offer expertise on an extensive and diverse project types. It is not required, but Higher-Ed experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the construction administration phase for multiple projects across the southwest Virginia region, ensuring successful execution across various scales and building types.
· Prepare, review, and refine project documentation, including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, sections, and details.
· Conduct site visits, track progress, and address construction-related issues with contractors, clients, and design teams.
Qualifications:
· Prior experience with an architecture/engineering (A/E) firm preferred; architectural licensure is a plus.
· Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Newforma is highly desirable.
· Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and architectural standards.
