Maintenance Supervisor

Building Location: Fosston Hospital Department: 47901 Maintenance Job Description: Works under the direction of the Maintenance Leader to coordinate the daily maintenance and operational activities of the facilities department. Assist in facility improvement projects. Guide and instruct maintenance staff in completion of highly technological tasks as well as assign various day to day to work orders. Order, procure and maintain an inventory of appropriate parts. This position will also provide backup to various functions within the facilities department. This position will ensure that Joint Commission standards as well as any other regulatory body standards are in compliance. Work Experience: 2 years formal training and/or experience in the area of environmental services including supervisory experience. Education Qualifications: Associate’s Degree or Vocational Education OR 3 years of experience in an environmental service area. Licensure/Certification Qualifications: No certification/licensure required.
