Position: Boutique Manager
An exciting opportunity awaits to join a prestigious and High-Volume Luxury Brand. We're seeking a talented Boutique Manager to lead the Flagship Boutique - NY. You'll oversee all aspects of operating a profitable store, setting the tone, and fostering a vibrant culture/environment to guarantee success in customer service, profitability, operations, staff development, and merchandise presentation and assortment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-volume boutique, from associates, stock, to management.
- Inspire and motivate a large team, daily fostering ownership and accountability.
- KPI's, CRM, Boutique operations, Reporting daily, weekly, monthly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Management experience with an High-End or Premium brand.
- Experience managing large teams and high volume, within a central city location.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, and payroll administration.
Offering:
- Salary up to $130,000 depending on experience Annual Bonus Benefits Health Insurance.
