What You’ll Do
- Inspire Sales Excellence: Lead your team to achieve boutique sales goals while delivering an elevated, memorable customer experience.
- Team Coordination: Create and oversee staff schedules to ensure optimal in-store coverage.
- Operational Mastery: Perform opening and closing duties to maintain a seamless and productive day-to-day operation.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Branding and Marketing teams to execute impactful events, such as influencer partnerships and fragrance launches, to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Customer Engagement: Build meaningful, 1:1 relationships with customers who share a passion for Dossier fragrances.
- Merchandising Excellence: Oversee the boutique’s visual standards, ensuring the stock is organized, replenished, and safely maintained.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze boutique sales results, provide actionable insights, and implement strategies to exceed targets.

- Exceptionally organized, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality results.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to ensuring the boutique’s success.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods (at least two consecutive hours).
- Comfortable using computers and handheld electronic devices.
- Capable of reaching above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and distinguishing colors.
- Able to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
