360 Tour Designs of York, PA is seeking a reliable and motivated Real Estate Photographer to join our team! As a contractor, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs, video footage, 3D scans, and additional media of properties being listed for sale or rent. You will utilize professional cameras and a variety of tools, including drones and 3D cameras, to capture the best media possible for real estate agents and homeowners. This role is essential for showcasing properties in their best light and helping to attract potential buyers.
No previous photography experience is required, but a passion for learning new skills and an interest in real estate are essential. Customer service experience is preferred, as the role demands someone who can effectively communicate with the realtor/broker, seller, Manager, Franchise Owner or Administrative Assistant.
Job Duties:
- Photograph residential homes (interior and exterior) using professional cameras
- Record property walkthrough videos
- Complete 3D scans of properties
- Capture aerial photography and videography using a drone
- Provide excellent customer service to clients on-site
- Travel to various properties for scheduled appointments
- Declutter and “stage” a property for a photo or video session
- Adhere to the scheduling system of the Administrative Assistant/Manager
- Communicate professionally with real estate agents and their clients
- Work closely with the Manager, Photo Editor and Video Editor
- Deliver media according to 360 standards to the photo editor
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Availability on Mondays and Fridays is required, though your schedule will depend on client bookings and appointments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel to different property locations
- Part 107 Drone License required within 30 days of start date (company will provide guidance and resources to obtain this)
- No prior photography experience needed, but a willingness to learn
- Must be able to set up and operate a drone for aerial footage
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Additional Information:
- Photography equipment is provided by 360 Tour Designs, so prior equipment is not necessary.
- Contractors who provide their own photography equipment may be eligible for increased compensation based on previous experience and type of equipment provided.
Compensation:
- This is a part-time Independent Contractor position. Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience. Details on pay structure will be discussed during the interview process.
