What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced / Licensed Yacht Sales Broker position at 365 Yachts Sales?
In this role you'll be the true face of 365 Yachts to our clients, you're going to be the ones following up with leads almost everyday and sometimes for a period of a few months to make a deal close.
You'll be providing a typical yacht sales service, advising on the best boats / sharing best options, carrying the client through the entire purchase process and making sure they make the right decision. To be successful at this your people skills needs to be unmatched and your ability to build a connection with our clients too.
We will provide you with QUALIFIED leads consistently as long as you hit the sales metrics required of you, these leads have went through a setting process and we gathered enough notes on them to know what they're looking for as well as to qualify them.
Expectations:
- Followup with all leads assigned to you in a timely manner and hit all touch points
- Build strong good connections with leads and help them close on deals
- Active 5-8 hours a day, to do new lead calls, followups and / or showings
Compensation is the typical yacht broker compensation with a tiered system based on sales brought in.
