What Youll Do
In this role, you will :
- Draft and Argue Complex Motions : Craft compelling arguments for motions and advocate for clients in court.
- Prepare for Litigation : Review databases to select exhibits, create deposition and trial outlines, and develop case strategies.
- Handle Casework : Draft and respond to correspondence, discovery, pleadings, and motions.
- Lead Proceedings : Take and defend depositions, represent clients in mediation, pretrial hearings, and trials.
- Collaborate and Mentor : Conduct client meetings, delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants, and guide their contributions to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Advocate for Clients : Resolve conflicts, recommend strategies, and negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
