JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Deskside Support professional to provide general computer hardware and software troubleshooting, support for warehouse application systems, and assist with account and hardware setup. In this role, you will handle a variety of IT-related requests, support both in-house and remote users, and contribute to maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a willingness to work different shifts and the ability to manage and troubleshoot various hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside support including general computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Request, enable, and set up accounts and access for new users * Install standard images for new and re-image systems
- Configure hardware and software for client computers prior to installation
- Maintain and troubleshoot local Zebra and HP printers and handheld scanners
- Support warehouse applications and hardware systems, including Pick to Light and Print and Apply System (training will be provided, interest in learning is necessary)
- Receive and organize asset inventory
- Deliver/Install assets as needed
- Terminate, dispose of, or relocate assets as required
- Provide IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for desktops, laptops, and other related devices
- Provide technical assistance during installation/conversion for both in-house and remote users
- Manage IT Ticket Queue of requests to meet the SLA requirement
- Coordinate with next-level support for any open issues
- Willingness to work different shifts as required
- Provide Tier 1 support for Network/LAN/Telephony issues
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of deskside support experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident required
- Ability to work onsite (not remote)
- Ability to work different shifts as needed

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
