Duties
- Apply window tint film to vehicles according to specifications and customer preferences.
- Utilize and navigate the plot system to design and adjust tint patterns for plotting and weeding in preparation for window tint.
- Have an understanding and ability to perform custom tint installations if needed.
- Utilize tools and equipment for precise cutting and installation of window tint.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to determine the best approach for tinting.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in window tinting techniques and materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding tint options.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in window tinting or related fields.
- Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to operate tools effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during installation.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to automotive services are advantageous.
