Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team in Chicago, IL. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of successfully deploying scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define and implement best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices are adhered to in Salesforce implementations.
- Oversee Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation processes.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to enhance the platform s capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models, data architecture, and sharing rules.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as SFDX, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect are highly preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-powered Salesforce solutions such as Einstein Analytics.
- Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
