Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Salesforce Architect role or similar leadership position.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Strong experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and data management.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools and version control (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Background in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
