Content Marketing Manager
4KIDS is looking for an experienced and energetic Content Marketing Manager, preferably with experience in parenting and family digital platform, to lead the way we reach and engage with our audience of parents of kids with Adverse Childhood Experiences. This person will oversee aspects of the HopeConnect™ platform content creation and distribution strategy in multiple languages including English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Job Duties:
- Create and manage content for HopeConnect™ parenting platform including weekly parenting blog, social media, emails, e-books, and other forms of digital communication
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Collaborate with the Director of HopeConnect™ to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Develop and monitor budgets
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in HopeConnect™ marketing campaigns
- Manage high-value content creation and distribution (e.g. blogs, videos, infographics, presentations, webinars, ebooks, and infographics and other digital tools).
- Design Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Events, and Social Media leads on SEO, SEM, event campaigns and social content and strategy; work with leads to continuously analyze performance metrics across channels and optimize.
- Collaborate in the design of strategy and action plan of the HopeConnect™ platform including ongoing A/B testing and proposed design enhancements.
- Design digital training events for parent and strategic partnerships
- Design and launch ongoing omnichannel marketing strategies and distribution plans.
- Assists in driving internal and external teams toward solutions using a robust fact base and a hypothesis driven mindset, manages project metrics to measure impact.
- Manages solid executional plans that align to the ministry’s KPIs.
- Manages strategic project/initiative success criteria and disseminates them to the involved parties throughout the development plan life cycle. Proactively manages changes in the strategy's scope, identifies potential risks and devises mitigation and contingency plans.
- Develops and delivers project briefs, kickoff meetings, ideation sessions, proposals, requirements documentation, status reports and presentations.
- Serves as a liaison with project stakeholders and executive leadership on an on-going basis.
- Develops and maintains partnerships with 4KIDS stakeholders and partner institutions (i.e. HopeConnect™ Alliance) to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed.
- Travel to conferences and meeting to lead discussions with potential strategic partners and for quality assurance of sponsorships.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5 years of content marketing experience in a digital and data-driving organization
- Social Welfare or Family ministry experience is preferred
- Fluent in English with Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese preferred
- Serve as a strategic leader who helps manage the efforts of multiple project teams from idea to implementation.
- Strong organizational and project management experience and managerial experience, preferably on MONDAY
- Experience writing and editing copy for various channels
- Strong graphic design background
- Strong understanding of content marketing and how different types of content map to and influence the user journey
- In-depth experience with analytics platforms (GA4) and using data to optimize and inform marketing strategy and content creation
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, preferably MailChimp, Sprout, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Ability to adapt quickly to brand voice and style
- In-depth knowledge of various social media with a passion for staying on top of trends, best practices, and platforms preferably META
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- Deals effectively with a variety of constituents (Ministry Partnerships, Individual Partners, Executive Leadership, etc.).
- In-office position in our Fort Lauderdale headquarters
