As a pivotal member of our team, the successful candidate will drive the expansion of customer relationships by fostering new connections and nurturing existing partnerships. Essential Duties :

  • Organize and maintain written customer call schedules, leveraging the company-supplied CRM tool.
  • Prospect for new accounts and facilitate the acquisition of Customer Applications.
  • Manage a list of active deals, ensuring timely follow-up and action plans, while keeping the Store Manager informed.
  • Provide quotes for purchases and conduct machine appraisals for trade-ins and potential inventory acquisitions.
  • Assist in the collection of payments due on sales when necessary.
  • Continuously enhance and maintain product knowledge.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to move objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Maneuverability over Construction sites for up to 8 hours / day.
  • Proficiency in operating a motor vehicle day or night, maintaining a good driving record for insurability. May require obtaining a Commercial Driver License (CDL).
  • Demonstrate equipment safety practices.
  • Maneuver over and under equipment.
  • Education and Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Self-motivated with basic computer skills.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of two years of sales or industry-related experience.
  • Professional appearance, good language and social skills.
  • Working Conditions : Works in both indoor and customer remote locations, encountering potential hazards from electrical, mechanical, and power equipment, as well as exposure to extremes of weather.
