Seeking that organized, detailed individual who can assist with keeping the office running smoothly and has a positive attitude.
This position provides a full range of administrative and office support, including receptionist duties, and independently administer several assigned responsibilities, while ensuring excellent customer service.
Main responsibilities include:
- Receptionist (answer/direct inbound phone calls)
- Greet/direct visitors
- Communicate with clients, as requested
- Build and maintain consistent positive rapport with employees
- Maintain client folder/book documents & copies
- Maintain databases
- Distribute mail
- Organize/track office supplies
Job skills:
- Proven communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software and standard office equipment
4U Home Health Care South is open Monday-Friday, 8a-4p.
