· As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our office. Behind the scenes, you’ll provide vital administrative support across multiple departments, helping everything run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:
No two days are exactly the same! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy office setting. Your daily responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Warmly welcoming visitors and providing assistance as needed
- Monitoring the main company email and ensuring messages reach the right people
- Answering a multi-line phone system and directing calls professionally and efficiently
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Scanning, organizing, and cataloging important client and company documents
- Reviewing and forwarding incoming faxes to appropriate team members
- Entering key data into our client database with accuracy and care
- Assisting with processing client applications and other administrative paperwork
- Pitching in on special projects and tasks as they arise
- Keeping physical files organized and easy to access
- Delivering end-of-day mail to the Cambridge post office
- Adding a festive touch by helping decorate our lobby for holidays
