As a Commercial Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of mobile equipment. This includes diagnosing mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions. You will also conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal condition and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years' verifiable experience on heavy mobile equipment. You should possess strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment. A commitment to safety and quality standards is essential.
Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is $70 per hour. Additionally, benefits through the Union include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pension. Union-paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays are also available.
