Job Description
As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will repair and maintain electric, diesel, and gasoline industrial trucks. Your responsibilities will include performing all work in accordance with OSHA and H&K Safety policies, reading job orders, observing and listening to truck or equipment operation to determine malfunction, and planning work procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need one year of certificate from an accredited college or technical school in diesel mechanics or a related field, or two years of related experience and/or training. You must also possess a Class A or B CDL or be able to obtain it within one year, have a clean driving record, excellent customer service and teamwork skills, mathematical skills, and the ability to meet physical requirements.
