What You'll Be Doing :
Provide end user support at our aggregate quarries, concrete and cement plants for WAN, WIFI, Camera, and Security related projects and issues.
Schedule and deploy the company standards services to the Business.
Participate in both business-initiated and IT-driven projects.
Develop and maintain IT documentation and training programs to assist in meeting business needs.
Occasional out-of-region travel is required with the ability to travel internationally.
What Are We Looking For :
Extensive experience in a Microsoft Windows / Cisco networking environment, with a minimum of 10 years in IT.
Cisco CCNA certification or higher, with proven skills in troubleshooting and configuring Cisco network equipment.
Strong understanding of WAN technologies (DSL, MPLS, DMVPN, SD-WAN) and experience ordering WAN circuits.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Visio) and excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills, basic project management experience, and a keen interest in new technologies.
