*Job Overview*
We are seeking a CREATIVE & talented Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms. Sales and Marketing strategies used to increase business, profits and customers/traffic.
*Duties*
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility
- Create engaging content, including text, image, and video posts
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
- Interact with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in social media management. Pages and brands you have promoted. Followers and video views to prove your skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. no grammar, spelling or errors in posts, finsihed work, etc.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools. Google and SEO
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current trends in social media marketing
- Experience with upselling, product demos, technical sales, proficiency, direct sales, negotiation skills, retail sales, customer service, Salesforce, and sales management is a plus.
Candidate would work along side the office staff, owner and businesses to capture content, marketing ideas & strategies. Weekly and monthly meetings held to currate the best advertising and use of current marketing avenues and opportunites.
A creative, outgoing and energic person would be ideal for this role. This is an in person role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.16 - $28.99 per hour
