Operations Associate Leadership Program

Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living The Operations Associate Leadership Program (OA) is an 18 month rotational, individualized functional and leadership training program that includes structured learning, special projects, multi-level feedback, and professional assessment. You will rotate and work 1:1 with each community department, including health services, resident life, dining services, sales and communications, finance, human resources, and general services. The OA Program will include temporary placements within multiple Erickson corporate and community departments. This individual will be responsible for meeting learning objectives, obtaining leadership experiences, completing assignments, and bringing business value to each business-line rotation. Assignments are subject to change based on the business's emerging needs. Flexibility throughout the program is imperative. How you will make an impact With guidance from the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will plan and execute all established learning objectives for each business-line rotation. Complete all assigned structured learning, including on-the-job, and follow-up. Assume effective program and project leadership roles in each business rotation. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to the business activities during each rotation. Ongoing program support from the OA Program Coordinator to create an individual career path to support professional growth within the organization. Attend monthly peer team calls conducted by OA Program Coordinator. What you will need Previous work experience, or academic leadership experience required. Education will be considered in lieu of experience. Experience with seniors, health care, and/or service delivery is preferred. Breadth of leadership activities while in school with a record of individual and team successes. Willingness to be flexible with assignments. Willing to travel locally.
