We are currently seeking an organized and driven Digital Media Manager to join our dynamic media team. The Digital Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution and optimization of our digital campaigns. This position is ideal for someone who is a creative thinker, eager to contribute to various projects, and ready to grow their career in digital marketing.Key Responsibilities:Act as a liaison for franchisees by addressing local inquiries, understanding franchisee needs, and aiding in the management of their campaigns.Develop comprehensive media plans, identifying key audiences, objectives, relevant platforms, and budget recommendations to meet business goals.Own the creation and quality assurance of campaigns across all channels.Establish reporting and optimization processes. Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.Collaborate closely with the Head and Senior Manager of Digital Media to implement best practices and streamline processes, contributing to operational excellence.Oversee creative briefs for all paid media asset requests.Track monthly spend across channels, inclusive of invoice management to ensure budgets are being used efficiently as prescribed.Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelors (BA) degree desiredExperience: 1-3 years' experience in media buying and planning; experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Advertising, and/or TikTok Ads manager a plus.Ambition: Exhibits a strong drive to succeed and the determination to continuously push forward and improve.Curiosity: Possesses a natural desire to learn, understand, and ask insightful questions.Initiative: Able to start tasks independently and proactively without prompting.Organization: Ability to operate across multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.Social Media Proficiency: Experience as a social media expert or content creator is highly valued, though not mandatory.Excel Proficiency required
