Dental Front Desk Associate

Job Description: Specialty Dental Office, Front Desk,
Multi-doctor endodontic practice in Chesapeake, specializing in root canals.

• Please submit a current resume that is up to date. Applicants must be able to work 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday, have reliable transportation and be dependable.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients
• Answering a high volume of phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Verifying insurance
• Preparing treatment plans
• Collecting payments
• Communicating with our clinical team to properly schedule appointments/emergencies
• Maintain professional working relationships with our referring dentists and their staff regarding patient care
• Process end of day reports
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service.
• Basic knowledge of computers a must
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Available to work between 6:15am and 4:30pm Monday-Friday. (8-10 hour shifts)
• Experience preferred but not necessary.
