785 Beer Company is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House (FOH) Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth coordination between staff and patrons. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Supervise, train, and support FOH staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and non-peak hours.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure guests receive outstanding service with attention to detail and personalized interaction.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Promote a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere in line with 785 Beer Company values.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and timely service.
- Inventory & Financial Management:
- Assist with inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing waste.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in daily transactions.
- Contribute to budgeting and financial planning to meet revenue goals.
- Event Coordination:
- Work with management to plan and execute events such as Music Bingo, brunches, and special releases.
- Coordinate staffing and logistics to ensure successful event execution.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in restaurant or bar management, preferably in a brewery or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of craft beer and food service is a plus.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and scheduling software.
