801 Chophouse's parent, 801 Restaurant Group, is seeking an Executive Chef to join our team. We are a family owned and operated company. We currently have 10 restaurants in the Midwest and have more on the way.

The Chef is responsible for the kitchen operations of their assigned restaurant, ensuring the overall quality and integrity of 801 Restaurant Group. Key responsibilities include team performance, quality assurance, effective cost controls and development, training and retention of heart of the house staff to ensure the restaurant meets financial and operating goals.
Requirements:
- 3 years of Chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment
- 5 years working in Fine Dining
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to draw upon invention, imagination, and originality in creating new dishes and menu items
- The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste
