Under direct supervision of the Door Shop Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for all aspects of door manufacturing and people management.
Pay: $65K /yr DOE

Responsibilities
Understand how to perform every position in the plant efficiently and correctly
Understand current production practices and learn to form new ones
Understand all aspects of people management
Ensure the accuracy of the Quality Control Program
Be involved the evaluations of hourly associates
Prepare paperwork and participate in inventories
Audit outgoing loads for completeness
Correct all quality issues and develop solutions to prevent them from occurring in the future
Qualifications
Able to speak, read and write English
Able to speak, read and write Spanish, or be willing to learn (where applicable)
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift 80 pound
Basic math skills
Willing to relocate
Good leadership skills
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Must be able to work under pressure
