Job Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area.
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, rolls, and other dishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests when appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within a high-paced kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
