Customer Services Representative

Summary:
As an E-commerce Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the direct point of contact for customers to ensure their online shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, guiding customers through the online ordering process, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any complaints, always striving for a quick and efficient resolution.
  • Handle order processing, including returns and exchanges, in compliance with company policies, ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Support customers navigating our website and guiding them through the online ordering process to facilitate a seamless shopping experience.
  • Manage shipment and fulfillment of all orders, ensuring appropriate product allocation in alignment with the inventory.
  • Organize, monitor, and follow up on daily route assignments for order dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist with order fulfillment tasks such as picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring efficient order processing.
  • Handle merchandise receiving, stock management, and inventory categorization, maintaining accurate and well-organized storage.
  • Contribute to improving customer service procedures by providing feedback and recommending enhancements based on customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve customer interactions and our online shopping platform.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 1 years of experience in a customer service role, with a preference for experience in an e-commerce setting.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM platforms is plus.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, as necessary is required.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills, complemented by a capacity to remain composed in stressful situations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Ability to learn our products, pricing, and availability to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be flexible in dealing with various obstacles and changes.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  •  Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 30 pounds at times

Compensation:
The pay range for this job is between $18 and $20 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
