Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding the bail process and their options for securing bail bonds.
- Manage client inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and court systems as needed.
- Perform office management tasks including scheduling appointments and managing front desk operations.
- Utilize computer systems and software, including Google Suite, for documentation and communication purposes.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Provide administrative support to the team as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or office management roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly with Google Suite applications.
