Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and email.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns and feedback.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or customer service roles, preferably within a call center environment.
- Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Familiarity with client services processes is a plus.
