Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our sales team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment. Percentage of sales would be applied to your salary.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mails
  • Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Support office management tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in computer skills and in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in sales and shipments.
  • Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
