Responsibilities
· Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
· Develop positive relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty
· Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
· Understand and anticipate client needs and provide suitable solutions
· Prepare regular reports on account status and sales performance
· Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and drive sales growth
Requirements
· Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time management abilities
· Ability to understand client needs and industry trends
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
· Experience in the textiles industry is a plus
· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
