Job Summary
This fully in-office role in Kearney, NE is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, assisting the HR team, and enhancing efficiency and productivity. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized, clean and efficient work environment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination.
- Order office supplies and ensure the office is stocked with necessary materials.
- Support HR tasks, working closely with the Recruiting & Hiring Coordinator and Training & Development Manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space for the families we serve.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Familiarity with schedule management tools and office software applications is advantageous.
- Experience with really, Monday, ADP, or other related programs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting
