A Blessing of Hope, LLC is committed to providing compassionate support and services to our community. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Job Summary

This fully in-office role in Kearney, NE is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, assisting the HR team, and enhancing efficiency and productivity. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized, clean and efficient work environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination.
  • Order office supplies and ensure the office is stocked with necessary materials.
  • Support HR tasks, working closely with the Recruiting & Hiring Coordinator and Training & Development Manager.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space for the families we serve.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with schedule management tools and office software applications is advantageous.
  • Experience with really, Monday, ADP, or other related programs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
