Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized financial fdministrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bookkeeping, payroll, invoices, monthly financial reporting, and maintaining employee files. This role requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Payroll: Process payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Invoices: Prepare, review, and process invoices for clients and vendors, ensuring timely payment and resolution of any discrepancies.
- Monthly Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze monthly financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Employee Files: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
