With over 40 years of experience and continued education, A. Bud Krater Inc. full service Tax Office has earned the title of Registered Tax Return Preparer and Enrolled Agent. Like lawyers and CPAs, enrolled agents have unrestricted practice privileges, allowing them to represent any taxpayer, handle various tax issues, and represent clients before any IRS office.
We are looking for a high energy, motivated individual for our Appointment Scheduling Part-Time Position for our fast-growing tax office during tax season which ends 5/1/25. The position is immediate. This position may convert to a full-time position post season.
The ideal candidate will have background administration, multiple phone line experience, email messaging, tax office experience, accounting office experience, customer service, communication skills, writing skills, positive attitude, deadline oriented, tax deadline experience or enrolled in any of the following courses: accounting, business administration, and taxation. Candidates will be required to use Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, other office software is a plus.
This role will require strong communication skills, scheduling appointments, file processing, client Intake, collections, data entry and strong computer skills. Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Desktop and Online is a plus.
Bilingual a plus!
